In all it's glory. The reason that the front end is off the ground is that I was looking at fitting a secod-generation oil cooler to it, lacking the proper (and harder to find) one. It can be done, but not easily, if you want to keep the AC condenser. Despite the dust, you can see that the paint's actually in pretty good shape, except for the sun damage on the roof and other horizontal surfaces. The right front fender's pretty gnarly, too, but that's diue to a very bad repaint. Door panel's pretty good. Normal discoloration for the burgundy, door handle surround is crispy, and it's missing the grab cups, which caused the vinyl to get torn. Fabric is excellent. Drivers (and passengers, for that matter) seat is in excellent condition. No rips or tears, just minor squashing of the outside thigh bolster.

A little dirt, but nothing permanent. The floor mat looks horrendous, but it's done its job by sacrificing itself to save the carpet... Original radio works, scratchy controls (a little tuner clear will fix that) and the tape deck needs a belt or two. Passenger side is in even better shape, predictably. Three of my RX-7s. The driver '79 GS, the Parts car blue '84 SE, and the grey '84 SE (barely seen in the garage). Not shown are a red '82 GSL parts car, and a brown '84 GSL in need of an engine (but nice otherwise). The latter two are at my parent's place, along with all my Dad's parts and project cars.
